Masters Degree - prerequisites and purpose

Applicants for the Masters Degree must have a bachelors degree and a minimum of three years of work experience (which can include volunteer work). Neither the degree nor the work experience needs to be in the field of education.

The Masters Degree is geared for practitioners, those who either are or will be facilitating the learning of adults in any context. The curriculum focuses on the development of knowledge and skills that will enable graduates to be more effective educators of adults. No thesis is required.
