Transition from an academic environment to a professional business environment, preparation of an individual professional portfolio, and steps in searching and securing an internship position. Prerequisite: Junior or senior classification and admitted to Professional Phase of ISNC studies.

Directed internship in an organization to provide student with a learning experience supervised by professionals in organizational settings appropriated to the student's professional objectives. Prerequisite: EHRD 481, senior classification and/or approval of instructor, and admitted to Professional Phase of studies.

Directed reading or research problems in human resource development or technology management.
EHRD 489 Special Topics in Introduction to Applied Statistical Methods
Selected topics in an identified area of human resource development or technology management. May be repeated for credit. Prerequisite: Approval of instructor.
