Internship Fair
The Department of Educational Administration and Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University would like to invite you to our inaugural Mission Internship event. The event will be held on April 16, 2009, in the Harrington Tower (Room 569) College Station campus, from 1:00 PM-5:00 PM.
As a recruiter, this is an excellent opportunity to meet face to face with undergraduate students, graduate students and upcoming graduates seeking internship and cooperative positions in the fields of human resource development and technology management. There are several reasons why your organization should participate, among which are:
You will:
have the opportunity to showcase your organization to a small rotation of students (25 students per 45 minute rotation)
be able to profile your organization's core mission and values and highlight the employment opportunities
develop contact with future graduates
gain exposure for your organizations
be able to collect resumes from individuals attending the event and we will assist in providing contact information for further follow up
conduct impromptu interviews
As a student, this is an opportunity for you to apply for your mandatory internships and possibly interview for full-time positions. So please have your resumes and business cards handy!
The schedule for the afternoon is as follows:
12:30 1:00 p.m. - Check In/ Light Lunch
1:00 - 1:30 p.m. Rotation 1
1:30 - 2:00 p.m. Rotation 2
2:00 - 3:00 p.m. Rotation 3
