Lynham Appointed Associate Editor-In-Chief Of HRD Journal

Susan Lynham, associate professor of human resource development (HRD), has been appointed associate editor-in-chief of the journal, Advances in Developing Human Resources. After completing a three-year term, she will serve a second three-year term as editor-in-chief. 

The journal is a publication of the Academy of Human Resource Development and focuses on the issues that help specialists work more effectively in human resource development, such as performance improvement, action learning, on-the-job training, informal learning, leadership and the philosophical foundations of HRD practice.
