Program Content
The program consists of a week long event cumulating with a closing ceremony. Competencies are structured into a program agenda around the ADDIE model mentioned above. At the end of the program, graduates will receive a Certified Training Professional (CTP) certificate through Texas A&M University.
Program activities are intensive. Participants will work on planned activities individually and in small groups. These activities will allow participants the opportunity to apply new insights gained during each session. Individual certification is based on the successful completion of all activities and projects. Program courses include the following:
