EAHR Faculty Receive McREL Grant

Building on their current work, researchers in the Education Leadership Research Center housed in the department of Educational Administration and Human Resource Development recently received an award of $107,301 from McREL to further study the causal impact of the Balanced Leadership Professional Development program.
This award marks the continuation of an IES sponsored project that began in 2008 and involves researchers and trainers from Texas A&M, the University of Michigan, and McREL who work together with approximately 100 schools to evaluate the causal impact of the Balance Leadership Professional Development (BLPD) program on school leadership and climate, teacher practice and student learning. $107,301.
