What is the 4Plus Program?

The 4Plus Program offers an expedited admission process, allowing eligible students to begin their Master’s degree in Educational Human Resource Development (EHRD) while completing their undergraduate studies.

Start early: Take one graduate course during your final undergraduate semester.
Flexible learning: Choose in-person or online options to complete your degree.
No thesis or final exam: Instead, complete an e-portfolio showcasing your skills and competencies.

The EHRD Master’s Program offers two emphasis areas—select the one that aligns with your career goals:

• Human Resource Development (HRD)
• Workforce, Adult, and Lifelong Education (WALE)

How to Apply

Applying is simple! Follow these steps:

1. Complete the online application with a personal statement (max. 2 pages), explaining:
   • Why you want to pursue the EHRD MS degree
   • Your career goals
   • How this degree will advance your future career

No Application Fee

Thanks to the generous support of our department, the $75 application fee is waived for eligible students.
