How often will I be required to come to campus?/What are the residency requirements?

Students are not required to come to campus at any time during the program. Texas A&M University has a residency requirement for EdD students which requires students to be enrolled “full-time” for at least two semesters. Students in this program who are full-time employees during the program can be exempted from this requirement. (Additional information will be needed, such as a petition and verification of employment.) If not employed full-time during the program, students will need to register for additional hours at the end of the program to meet the residency requirement.
